Alpha Magazine Ranks Kleinberg Kaplan Among The Top Onshore Hedge Fund Practices

Kleinberg, Kaplan, Wolff & Cohen, P.C., is pleased to announce that the firm has been ranked among the Top Onshore Hedge Fund Practices in the 2015 Alpha Awards by Institutional Investor’s Alpha magazine.

The Alpha Awards are based on a survey of more than 625 hedge fund firms. Alpha magazine asked managers to rate the quality of service they received from their onshore and offshore law firms over the past year in six categories, including: Regulatory & Compliance; Hedge Fund Expertise; Document Preparation & Fund Formation; Client Service; Tax Law Expertise; and Business Planning & Corporate Finance. To be eligible for the overall winner’s table this year, law firms needed enough votes to be ranked in at least four of the six aspects of service. Hedge funds were asked to rate the quality of service they received for the 12 months ending August 31, 2014.
